Pocono Mountain's Rottweilers began over 12 years ago, this was a dream and an aspiration between my sister and I.  We at PMROTTS work tirelessly to create sound family pets that excel in both the conformation and obedience rings. We have vowed to maintain the finest Rottweilers in the country...and we have succeeded!

It all began with the purchase of two of the finest Rottweilers we had ever met, Mundo's Bruin of Sentl Faida, "Bruno", born December 23, 1989. He was our foundation stud, Bruno passed on his superior structure and wonderful personality. Winifred Lyn Gruman, "Winnie", born April 19, 1990 passed on her sound, even temperament to all those that came after her. She loved everyone she ever met, especially our children.

Pocono Mnt's Pooh Bear Dream is a Winnie/Bruno's granddaughter. She possessed all the quality and traits we strived so hard to produce in a Pocono Mountain Rottweiler. Sky was an important asset to our breeding program. With her we attained our goal of producing the finest Rottweilers we have known.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of one of, if not the finest Rottweilers to ever grace our home. We lost our precious Abby through a tragic accident. She was just starting to make a tremendous impact on the breed rings. Our dream, our aspiration...she will never be forgotten!

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our precious Nori. We lost Nori to a immune mediated disorder at just over two years of age, much too soon for such a fine girl!!!!! She was just starting her specials career. She will be greatly missed!

It is with the deepest sadness that we say goodbye to our beloved Carlie. We have shared our lives with many great dogs over the years, Carlie was extraordinary!  She was our first homebred champion & had also earned 4 points towards her Canadian Title! Until we meet at the Bridge our sweet girl, you will reside forever in our hearts!!!
